This page explains what happens to the details you share through this website.

Who we are

Rolegrove is run by Toby Muir-Little, a sole trader. Toby is the data controller for anything you send through this site. You can reach him at hello@rolegrove.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the Get started form, we receive your agency name, your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), current website, the plan you're interested in and your message. When you book a chat, we receive the name, email address and any notes you give the booking page.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and talk to you about setting up your agency's website.

Who processes it for us

• Formspree delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Cal.com handles chat bookings.
• Google Fonts serves this site's fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiry details 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep them for as long as we work together.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@rolegrove.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
